Cooking Guidelines
To cook shallow fry: On medium heat for 8-10 mins turning occasionally. To grill: Place under a grill and cook for 10-12 mins. To barbecue: Cook over hot charcoal for 10-12 mins until cooked.
Storage Instructions
Keep frozen. Store below -16°c. Once thawed do not refreeze.
Great care has been taken to remove all bones although some may remain.
